Alpe Pala, Cavallotti, Tarilla, la Piana, fino ad arrivare alla più lontana Curgei, gli ex alpeggi di Miazzina hanno una meravigliosa visuale panoramica e, anche per questo, sono stati in parte ristrutturati e utilizzati dai proprietari per la villeggiatura o messi in affitto. Nel 1929 si scriveva che “Sono frequenti le escursioni all’Alpe Cavallotti m. 1200 dove sorgono due graziose ospitali villette dei sigg. Braendli e fratelli Melli Pietro e Ferruccio di Intra”. Nel secondo dopoguerra al Cavallotti venne costruito un albergo – rifugio, condotto per lungo tempo dalla famiglia Ferrari, a cui è dedicata la fontana costruita sulla sorgente ivi presente.

In the second post-war period, a hotel was built at Alpe Cavallotti – a refuge, managed for a long time by the Ferrari family, to which the fountain built on the spring is dedicated.
