Posto in alto rispetto all’abitato di Cardezza, al termine della Via Crucis, è stato rifugio dei partigiani che vi entravano da un’apertura sul tetto e dove le donne, di notte, portavano loro i viveri. Un tempo, quando i cardezzesi vedevano avvicinarsi la tempesta, andavano in questo oratorio a suonare la campana per far allontanare le nubi e cercare di salvare il raccolto dei loro campi.
It is located high above the village of Cardezza, at the end of the Via Crucis; it was the refuge of the partisans who entered from an opening on the roof and to whom the women, at night, brought food. In the past, when the inhabitants of Cardezza saw the storm approaching, they went to the oratory to ring the bell in order to make the clouds move away and try to save the harvest of their fields.
