La chiesa di Colloro fu costruita nel XVI secolo ed è dedicata a S. Gottardo, patrono di Premosello Chiovenda. Sulla facciata è visibile un affresco che lo raffigura. All'interno della chiesa si trova la statua del Santo, che in occasione della festa il 4 maggio viene portata in processione per le vie della frazione. Il campanile venne aggiunto nella prima metà del 1800 e si dice che i colloresi lo edificarono più alto di quello di Premosello Chiovenda per beffa nei confronti dei suoi abitanti. La chiesa ha tre navate, con l’altare nella maggiore in legno antico. Per la protezione dell’ingresso dagli agenti atmosferici vi era un portico sorretto da due sole colonne, crollato poi nel 1888 per la grande nevicata di quell’anno; venne riedificato l'anno successivo come lo si vede oggi, sorretto da quattro colonne ad archi ribassati.
The church of Colloro was built in the 16th century and it is dedicated to St. Gotthard, the patron saint of Premosello Chiovenda. On the facade there is a fresco depicting St. Gotthard. Inside the church there is the statue of the Saint, who is carried during the procession through the streets of the hamlet on the occasion of the feast on May 4. The bell tower was added in the first half of the 19th century and it is said that the inhabitants of Colloro built it higher than that of Premosello Chiovenda as a mockery of its inhabitants. The church has three aisles, with the main altar made of ancient wood. For the protection of the entrance from atmospheric agents there was a porch supported by only two columns, which collapsed in 1888 due to the big snowfall of that year; it was rebuilt the following year as it can be seen today, supported by four columns with segmental arches.
